Northern Colorado at Northern Arizona
Northern Colorado will wrap up the regular with one final road match against the Lumberjacks of Northern Arizona. Although there is no longer a chance for the Bears to host the Big Sky Tournament, the match still holds plenty of importance as both teams have qualified for the postseason, with Northern Arizona having clinched the regular season title. The match will greatly impact where the Bears are seeded for the conference tournament.

Coming into Friday’s match, the Bears hold the series advantage over the Lumberjacks with a 3-2 lead. Last year, Northern Colorado hosted the Lumberjacks and shut them out 4-0 in the final regular season match of 2009.

Northern Arizona comes into the match with a 10-3-3 overall record and an undefeated 5-0-1 mark in conference play. The Lumberjacks also are riding a five-game winning streak which the Bears will try to break. Last season Northern Arizona won the conference tournament and were picked to win the Big Sky in preseason polls this season.
