GREELEY, Colo. -- Northern Colorado softball coach Jen Schunke announced today plans to host an open walk-on tryout for the 2008-09 season at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, on Butler-Hancock Softball Field.

Those students interested in trying out for the Bears must provide their own personal softball equipment and bring with them proof of insurance and a print out of their full-time (12 credit hours) Northern Colorado schedule from URSA.
