Complete NGCA release

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. -- The National Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Teams for NCAA Division I, II & III were announced today by its national office, and 402 women's collegiate golfers were given the prestigious honor.

And among those 402 winners, were Northern Colorado's Gina Rodriguez and Jenny Henderson.

The criteria for selection to the NGCA All-American Scholar Teams are some of the most stringent of all college athletics, with a required minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 and the student-athlete must have competed in at least 50% of the their team's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year.

Rodriguez (Fort Morgan, Colo.) and Henderson (Fargo, N.D.) finished their collegiate careers at Northern Colorado in April by competing at the Big Sky Conference tournament in Phoenix, Ariz.

Henderson came in 14th with a 15-over-par 231, and Rodriguez finished tied for 22nd at 236 (+20).
