Greeley, Colo.- The Northern Colorado men's and women's tennis team will be holding its second annual tennis funding raising clinic for the programs on Saturday, Oct. 13 between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. at the newly completed tennis complex, located southeast of the Butler-Hancock Athletic Center.

The clinic will feature personalized instruction from head tennis coach Brenda Vlasak and assistant coach Scott Langs, as well member of the Bears tennis teams. A social gathering and lunch will follow the clinic.

The cost of the clinic is $75. Each participant will receive an official Northern Colorado tennis t-shirt. Food and beverages will also be provided.

The participants in the event will have a major impact on our tennis program, as monetary support will go directly toward the program in an effort to provide student-athlete scholarships. Northern Colorado is the only publicly funded Division I men's tennis program in the state of Colorado.

The clinic will coincide with the Northern Colorado's homecoming football game against Weber State which starts at 1 p.m. at Nottingham Field.
