Men's Tennis Falls 6-1 to Weber State

OGDEN, Utah - The University of Northern Colorado men's tennis team began its final road trip of the season with a 6-1 loss to future Big Sky Conference foe Weber State on Friday afternoon.
Northern Colorado (4-13) was able to take one of the three doubles matches as Kollman Gearhart and Austin Nunn took the No. 3 match by an 8-5 margin. The Bears, however, would fall in the other doubles matches as Weber State (12-9) won the first point of the match.
The Wildcats took each of the first five singles matches, as the Bears won at No. 6 thanks to a 6-4, 6-3 victory by Austin Nunn. Nunn is now 9-5 this season in singles competition.
The Bears will conclude their 2005-06 season on Saturday with a 1 p.m. match at another future Big Sky foe, Idaho State.
