Men's Basketball Announces Award Winners

On Sunday evening, the men's basketball team hosted its end of season banquet, honoring the team for accomplishments from throughout the year.

Close to 80 fans, boosters and family members attended the banquet, held in the High Plains Room at Nottingham Field. Several players were honored at the banquet and all awards were voted on by the team members.

Most Assists: Thanasi Panagiotakopoulos

Top Rebounder: Jabril Banks

Best Defensive Player: Robert Palacios

Most Improved: Devon Beitzel

Bear Pride Award (Demonstrating Pride, Toughness, Reliability, and Unselfishness): Terry Anderson

Mike Higgins Most Valuable Player Award: Jabril Banks

The men's basketball team concluded its season with a 13-16 record and a 6-10 mark in Big Sky play.
