Gaethje and Hashimoto Head To Omaha For NCAA Championship
Northern Colorado is sending both senior Kenny Hashimoto (141 pounds) and junior Justin Gaethje (157 pounds) to the NCAA Championship for the second time in their careers. Hashimoto is making his first trip to the NCAAs since 2006-07, while this is Gaethje’s second-straight appearance. Both sport records of 0-2 in post-season action.

Hashimoto Earns Bid To NCAA Championship
Northern Colorado wrestler Kenny Hashimoto will be returning to the NCAA Championship for his senior season after finishing third at the NCAA West Regional on Saturday at 141 pounds and earning one of the league’s three automatic bids to the Tournament.

Grapplers Hope To Bring Home Regional Titles
Northern Colorado travels to Brookings, South Dakota to take place in the NCAA West Regional on Saturday. Automatic berths to the NCAA Championship are on the line as at least the winner of each weight class earns the right to represent the league in Omaha on March 18-20. The Western Wrestling Conference was awarded 14 automatic qualifiers from the West Regional to the NCAA Championship.
